that's a Nice set up. I just got a replacement ceiling fan and the blades are like some kind of plastic, so 120 degree's I can see then bending. they used to be wood in the olden days.

well no, It didn't occur to me that they would be anything but wood. the other 5 ceiling fans I have in house have wood blades...

They build a parapit wall, frame an attached 40’ stick framed garage and then Stucco the whole thing when done. The neighborhood is built 90% that style, HOA keeps them all consistent. It’s a clean little river neighborhood

Yes you own the land. The development is Rio Buena Vista. You have the golf course on one side and the beach on the other. 2 minute drive to Jack Smith to launch. I have many friends who have places in there. When time comes I’ll be looking there. The agent (Cindy) that sold that one is a good friend of mine. We go back 20+ years.
