And it's definitely a scam, but that same 270 is on Knoxville, Tennessee Craigslist for a more realistic price of $7,000.

15k min doing as much myself. I thought maybe buy redo and sell it. Priced it out. Even restored 25k would be max.

I'm guessing $15ish just on the re gel + interior, or am I low?

And I wouldn't, but I'd love it if someone on here bought it and made a thread of the restoration.

Another buddy of mine called and left a message on it last night, but he thinks it sold. He says he's buying it if it's not yet sold. He already owns a 210 that he restored, so he kinda knows what he'd be in for.

Looks like a 7 out of 10 boat from the picrures. I like how he took a picture of the property to hide the steg. The interior would probably pop if cleaned and steamed. I'd think 16k would be a good number for that boat?

interior has ripped seams, and rotton thread...that and water damage on the rear seat....something has happened in the bilge
