got the headliner and floor done,... as you can see, could very easy convert to a single 48'' wide sleeper if needed...it'll get a 32'' flat led tv and dvd player... huge difference with all the new insulation, the frost king will keep it quiet in rainstorms...the big cubbies will be nice to be able to put all the bedding and pillows...the walls go in next,... another pain in the ass to do...

I put the plugs on the ceiling so when you open the tv door, the cords wont be in the way...

the vents are made to go on floors, walls and ceilings....the duct is a tunnel in the foam roof.... no seal needed... you''l see when you take one out...

Friend of mine just bought a 41' toy hauler with 3A/C's and only has 12 vents all the way through. This would probably help. My 2001 34' M/H with 2 A/C's has 16 vents.

another big thing on these is to pull the unit cover on the inside and make sure that they installed it right....make sure that there is a good seal from the unit to the MH duct..

the one I was going to buy porpoise'd like a mo fo… went from one off ramp to the other and turned around...could have been the shocks, but it only had 17k miles...a friend of mine said the one he had did the same thing...also, they measure the same as the 34' alpine...but shorter wheel base.... I think you are going from a dream coach to a night mare....but who knows... the tiffen phaeton would be a bettr coach....36' though... I hunted , traveled... and searched for ever to find the alpine...10's of thousands latter... I sold it because of fear from the vansco….never had a problem.... but the thought ws always there..
Is the Vansco module know to go out in these? If they do, can you find replacements and are they expensive? How hard to change out? First I've heard of this being a problem. Thanks Steve for all of the info you provide.

vansco is a huge problem, with alpine out of business, there hard to replace...every thing runs through the 2 vancos...you can send yours out to be reprogramed... and I think you can find replacement.... but , when they go, you'll probley be stuck in BFE

got more done...the area over the front is enough room for a sleeper, someone might need one more bed.....the bed in it is about 72'' x 92'' ,so a young family of 4 or 5 could sleep over nite if need, then add the bunk to make 6...I did a wall to mount the tv that could be removed easy..the one thing these lack is storage for blankets and pillows, that'll all fit in the overhead plus what ever else...
