I am working on details and Havaduner is combining customer info along with inmates that have sent contact info to us.

Those that plan on meeting up, there will probably be a location to meet up on Friday evening. Then Saturday will have a couple locations to be announced at a later date. Sometimes in the past on Sunday we have had a smaller group still hanging on for a breakfast run too.

The plan on this "low key" LOL.. Should have a couple details worked out in the next few weeks, I plan to send out emails to everybody to keep them in the loop. We'll get in a lunch run or two, breakfast is always a fun one.
Vic, its always good to keep the kids happy, just remember, it's a good hour and twenty minutes to drive to havi, lets keep your stress level down too!! All meet up times will be loose, so don't feel you have to be anywhere by a certain time.

We have a pretty good email list working right now that shows support and lots of interest

Things are still in the planning stages. I anticipate sending out a group email sometime near the end of next week for an update.

Does anyone need a hotel room? If we need more than 10 rooms I can work with a contract and get slightly discounted rates.

Wife got the days off already so we are leaving Thursday. I'll be launching out of jacks so we'll be doing some boating

Been thinking about it. Need some new tires on the trailer before I tow it. If anyone is selling some take off rims and tires could use 6 to make it easy. Or a good spot in Parker to have them mounted I could buy the tires local and drag them out.
