2013 so that is the "New" Ultra company. I haven't heard good or bad about any of their boats. Pretty boat though.

I would say $70k-$80k. That boat was built for Donny who was a dealer and owned Midwest Ultra. Boat was sprayed by Joel Casillas and laid up there in Hemet at the shop if I am not mistaken. It was on display at the Street Fair at DS that year. Interior was done by West Coast Marine Interiors. Boat was rigged with some cool one off billet from Bob at Marine Industries West(Formerly Dana Marine). The original engine was a used engine that had to be rebuilt. Not sure about the one in it now. The trailer was built by Competitive. I don't recall how well the boat ran, but again looks like a different engine now from what is described.

No problem you are welcome. I really think the value is going to come down to the quality of the engine and what exactly it is.

that was the first thing i asked my buddy....I have no idea who that engine maker is. Could be someone real good back in the midwest but i have no idea..if its not a boost or teague i have no idea...my knowledge is very limited.

Sure is a pretty boat with outstanding interior, Wow. I would say 60K to 65K with an unknown engine builder. I would love to see some photo's of the engine rigging, that type of work speaks a thousand words IMO.

Cheers,

Bo

I was gonna guess it at 74'ish.. Those shadows have a great resale.

They are a big 27' btw. My 27' Shadow and 28' Daytona were damn near the same size.

75k with current engine package. 85k if it had a merc or Teague power plant. These are prices in the west coast. Since Ultra's are limited on the east coast, 65k as it sits, 75k with a well known power plant.

I bought my Shadow for $7800 without a motor so I'll give you $17K.

My #1 concern would be the engine. It has what appears to be a car crate engine, that was built by a company in Arkansas. I ran over their website and did a quick google search, but found no evidence of that shop having any marine reputation. Boat engines are built to perform far differently than a street engine. It's only a matter of time until your floating in the middle of the lake, with no web reception, trying to google the number for Vessel Assist.

I recall reading that the 27s are pretty heavy. That being said, I wonder what shape that drive is in.

I think Dave is right at mid $70's. Late spring list at $79K. Being winter... maybe $69K Good looking whip.

I agree. I think what will kill this value is the engine package. I know first had the rigging is solid and done very well. Like previously stated Bob did the rigging and the custom billet switch panels etc. The trailer is ok! You are correct on resale. I know I could put mine up and sell it very fast for good money.
