Help me identify these tools

I am invoking the supreme knowledge of the RDP brain trust to identify the following tools that have infiltrated my tool box by unknown means.

The second one is for drawing or scribing circles

The first one is a valve spring compressor, the second one looks like a valve spring tool also.

And the other 1 is a piston groove cleaner

2 Small engine valve spring compressors, 1 ring groove cleaning tool.

overhead valve valve spring compressor, flathead valve spring compressor, piston ring groove cleaner

The second looks like a piston ring expander/installer.

I didn't even look at the 2nd one that close until you said that. I thought it was a compass like Dan at first glance.
