Just got back from an amazing day with @dezrtracer & @Ziggy. We ended up going on a 100+ miles ride today. It is the second long ride the first was about 50 miles. The first ride was on the weekend going to the bunker bar. This one was on the south side of town. Some of what we rode was the poker run route. Went to the cabin and saw the spider. It was an incredible. So grateful that the wife had a good time as well. For the 6+ hours that we were in the desert we only saw one other truck out as well. It got me thinking thus making me create the poll….

I think the guy in the truck got lost from Wikieup......was absolutely the oddest spot to run across someone parked in a truck.

So glad you guys had fun . We had to keep moving today to see all we did and then we threw the cabin and spider in the mix on the way in . We'll do it again real soon .

Funny I ordered up the mounts adn few other things as soon as I got out of the shower. Gen is still laughing at how dirty I was.

We have a houseboat , boat , seadoos etc for the summer and SxS and toy hauler for the winter and were retired so we can go anytime we want so what do I vote for ??

I wish that I was retired. I just happen to be looking for a few job sites but got lost. Very fortunate that Debbie was kind enough to help out of the desert.

Even on a busy weekend I can find a quiet spot in the desert but on a regular weekend in the summer on the water there is not an inch of the lake that doesn't feel crowded.

What was the temperature?

Warmer than what Saturday will be. LOL. We started about 11:30 and it was in the 60s. Warmed up a bit and was very nice. Then around 4 and the sun going down it got a little chilly and the hoodie came back on. IT was a great day for sure. I had a blast even if I look like Pig that just came out of the pig pen. LOL

After a couple of years of looking like you is the exact reason the wife and I decided to stick with boating only. It was fun while it lasted.

We have a few acres up by Peach Springs. Heard you can get to beaches off the Grand Canyon from there. That is one of the many trips I want to check out. That and taking the Jeep up to Moab again and get out on a trail or two.

They don’t give a gps file for the route. But it’s the same route every year.
