I'm having some personal issues and have to find a home for this dog.
Jake is a great dog, very loving and gentle, great with kids, loves everyone (dogs and people).
He has only one bad habit and that is he is an escape artist. I've tried a bunch of stuff but he gets out all the time. He usually just waits in the front yard for me to get home but every once in a while he goes on tour. Usually a neighbor will call and we just go get him (phone number is on dog tag). Once he got picked up and we got him from the pound.
We've been dealing with it but now some personal issues have arisen and I have to make some changes. Don't want to get into specifics right now but have no choice.
He needs to go to a good home, preferably with at least one stay at home person. He never gets out when we are home and if we go out for a short time (2/3 hours) he may get out but stays in the yard.
I really don't want to leave him at the pound. If no one here can take him I am open to suggestions as to where to find a good home for him.
Thanks.
