That is some new information that is pretty cool. The President was not historically allowed to fly in MV-22's (Ospreys), just the VH3's (Sea Kings) and VH60's (Whitehawks). Only secret service, support staff and media could fly on the green top MV-22's.

In the event of engine failure, Osprey's have limited options, hence the nickname the widow maker.

Maybe it has changed and you have seen a white top MV-22?
