We have tweakers all over here. I moved and left my old house vacant. The house is being torn down. The first night empty the tweakers broke in. They drive around looking for vacant houses. Got guys that will steal anything. Including shrubbery.

Net, result even though the house is being torn down. My previous landlord is trying to keep my security deposits. $5k. I have to take him to court to get my money back. He is trying to claim $28k above the deposits for all the damage. Since he gave me notice to vacate because he is tearing down the house. I'm counter claiming he hasn't done the tear down in a timely manner. Its been almost 2 months since moving out and the house hasn't been torn down. I can claim a years rent plus double my security deposits. Wouldn't be a problem if the tweakers didn't destroy the place. But if I win it will be around $60k. I wouldn't have taken this to court if he refunded my damage deposits. I would have not bothered with the $60k if he didn't counter claim $28k in damages. All this because of fucking crackheads.

Apple Valley's finest. This place use to be so much nicer. Granted I moved here (Hesperia) in 1971 when my parents decided it was time to escape Inglewood and we were better off for it. When I was a kid I would ride my dirt bike right for our house and be gone for hours without a care in the world. No way I would be comfortable with letting that happen today.

He will never catch a consequence because he has nothing to offer. You have a job and money in your bank account. So you’ll have a charge fines and probation to drag out even more money out of you. I heard the same thing and the costs to replace the wiring is going to be astronomical. Somebody obviously knows somebody at a recycling yard and is willing to look the other way just to earn a buck. I had a tweaker who i had do some work for me. He was a functional tweaker. He could do great work by himself. He dug a 3 foot trench down my back hill for a 400 amp powerline by himself by hand.
