My little one got 3rd in sheep showmanship & my oldest rocked in senior showmanship. It was a huge group and she placed 5th. I couldn't be prouder! WTG ladies!

You want straw I think. Its cheap $4 or 5. Exit 15 at 6th. Go East& there are 1000 feed stores. Straw is about the same at all of them. I usually use Lindas or B&E.

Now she moves on to compete in the masters! Woo Hoo!
She has to show a random market goat, sheep, beef cow, hog, dairy goat & dairy cow. How fun! She has never touched a cow or hog in a show!

Yesterday she showed a turkey for her friend and got 2nd.

That's awesome My oldest wants a hog now too! My youngest made the masters so she will be baptized by fire on Fri. She has never shown a hog, cattle or dairy anything. Should be entertaining! She is nine.

Wow, I think it is so awesome that your kids are invloved in 4H. Like others have said- it's great to see them out doing this rather than playing video games or sitting on the internet. I'm sure you're real proud, I know I would be. Great job, congratulations.
