Not too familiar with the Area. Renting a house in Havasu next month for a buddy's 40th bday. Bringing RZR's and looking for places to go. Is it possible to get to desert bar from there? Any other recommendations to ride in the Havasu area?

Desert bar is good..... alot of driving on the 95 if you don't mind that and then small amount of offroading.... Bunker Bar..... more offroading to get there.... opposite end of the 95 (near the 40)
topock is a great destination....

Is Bunkar Bar doable from Pirates/Park Moabi?

We are headed out over Christmas/New Years and trying to figure out some different destination rides other that Oatman.

Would also like to try and hit the Casino if possible but need to figure out the route.

Yea, where are you going to cross the river? Needles?

I havent that far out yet, its still early !

Short answer is that if you can get to Topoc, yea it is doable. But that part may take awhile and be prohibitive. I think the easiest way across via SXS is Needles.

If anyone wants to do a desert bar ride from Havasu between Xmas-New Years, I'd be happy to lead it. It's not a tough ride at all.

Wish I was there to join. Can you DM me details on how to get there?

We have street legal cars so Topoc shouldnt be an issue.

Have you ever done the ride to the casino (Havasu Landing)? Someone had mentioned it a few years back but I have yet to do it. Its kind of hard to navigate a route looking at google earth from PC to Casino.

South end-
a lot of sxs trails and general riding out by the concrete plant then head east!
A couple cabins to see
you can do a run to lake Alamo and back close to 200 miles
you can also pack a big ass cooler and just go get lost- explore
man way to Desert bar Parker area

north end of town -
bunker bar
topoc 66
Oatman
water fall up close to Bison rd
bat cave - I havent been there yet
and a lot of cool general sxs trails to rip on
night ride out on the San dunes is always fun

i always do a big loop up behind the dump and airport for a get out and cruise around and get dusty !

Also the Talc mine across Sacramento wash , and the best ride : Borriana mine , an old abandoned tungsten mine just out of Yucca about 6500 feet up in the Haluapais

Go up north past the dump and head around the mountain behind the airport. Way more fun that way.

You'll be on the 40 to cross at Topoc :)
