I’ve been gone for the past few weeks. Came home and someone told me that Havasu Springs is closed, restaurant sold etc. Anyone to confirm that?

Honestly go in there and drive around they have signs on the windows. The website doesn't list that much

I think it depends where you are and your view, buddy was in a nice spot and I think his was $600. He was offered a deal to pre-pay 10 or 20 years at once, cant remember the term but he did that and that pretty much cut the space rent in half.

We recently bought a mobile home. We had a trailer for a long time. Mobile home is 480 a month plus electricity. Trailer was 700 a month plus electricity. Water sewer and cable are free on both

Not much for sale any where in the park. Rent goes up august 1st. The 700s are the ones above the restaurant to the south. They are cavco double wide homes. New rent price will be 739 per month in the 700s. Prices of trailers have went up alot the last couple of years. We have been there almost 20 years. Still a great place. Yes you need to drive around and look for by owner signs. Good luck.
