We shall see. I plan on tinting the clear glass down the road. I was to be able to see out the back if I am working in the garage. If needed I can replace the glass.

I have a neightbor who’s daughter just moved out of CA to Havasu. They bought a house and found an epoxy guy that did a nice job on their floors. I have been talking to him and it is most likely who I will use. I just have a bit of concrete/plumbing work i need to do before I can do the epoxy.

Had the A/C set to 85 for a day or two, very comfortable. If you wait until the afternoon it takes a bit of time to cool down. The radiant heat of everything in there is a bit to cool off.

Just waiting on the driveway and some touch up. The garage doors are completely finished. I really like the look of the doors at night.

Thank you. This fall we should be doing the roof, changing out windows and removing the eves and stucco patching. I think that will be a game changing renovation to pull everything together.

Sadly, It does not fit in the original two car garage. It is too long even with the folding tongue. The good thing is that we have more than enough extra cars to block it in. It should be in the garage in the next week.

The driveway was poured last Friday. We just have the punch list items to deal with. I can’t wait to get all the vehicles into the garage this weekend.

Oh yeah the A/C does just fine even on the high heat days. We went with 2 3ton units because I did not want to be underpowered and with roughly 1500 sq ft. If the A/C is turned on and running it is cool enough being set at 85. IF the garage is off and turned on at the end of the day it will take an hour with all the radiant heat. If I pull the cars in or out it does not effect the temp. In fact when I open th doors i can feel the air leaving but once closed after 10 minutes you don’t even feel a drop in temp. It is nice to be able to turn it on in the AM and wok on projects in the garage now. I was concerned at first but I am totally happy With the selection. Thanks for asking!!! by the way, the garage sub was one of the top two that I had to deal with and they were great.
