Currently in escrow on a new to us house in havasu. Considering renting or selling my existing havasu house. It’s kind of unique for its size. I would prefer to lock in a reliable clean renter but may decide on just selling.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, 1200 sq ft home. Entire house has newer tile floors, quarts counter tops, newer fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The attached garage is 26’, the property has a 36’x25’ detached garage with a 10’ high door and 18’ wide.
