late 1980's 25' 5th wheel, dry storage at havasu landing (transferable). Almost forgot I had the fucker, looking for the file so I will have more specific info when I find it. Its been at the landing for a while, i bought it from a guy who had it stored there and just transfered the billing. Its in pretty good shape but would need some tires if your gonna hit the road, The storage is $45.00 a month and they have a park and place service available, pretty cool you call out and can get water front most of the time on short notice. its clean and convienant, the AC kicks ass, the fridge kicks ass, the microwave kicks ass. Sleeps 6 if your friendly like that or 3 dudes with no hanky panky bullshit. these are the only pics I could find of it. If your looking for a cheap getaway on Lake havasu this is it. $2500 OBO

Its been a while since those pics were taken, it is clean and most likely way under priced but I dont care, just dont use it anymore and figured someone from the boards may be stoked on something like this.

Seriously though, would you consider a trade for a timeshare at havasu dunes? It's an RCI property and while I loved the shit out of it, I can't bring my gay dog there, so, it's not as useful as it used to be.

whats Havasu landing like for camping? I have never been there, is there a marina to keep your boat in at night? Can you leave a boat on the beach? Are the people cool or is an older group that hangs out there, good bar? How is the road in and out of there? Sorry for all the questions. This seems like a good deal and I have been to Havasu a million times but I have no idea about this area.

Havasu Landing is a good time, 2 ramps, a marina a casino a store and The Sail Inn.. The road is about 17miles off of the 95 and is easy. All ages hang out there. We use to always anchor our boat out front of our camp, and we never used a anchor light at night.:D http://www.havasulanding.com/

The landing is on the california side of the lake directly across from the channel. There is a marina, gas dock, and small indian casino about 1000 yards from the campground. Its a cool place, way chill compared to the arizona side. a whole desert to offroad in right outside the gates and no launch lines. having the trailer out there is real nice, you call out and they put it in a spot for you and put it back when your done plus you can leave it stocked with whatever you need. there is also some boat storage may have to wait on a list but once your in its a pretty easy setup to deal with and cheap.
still have it? when can we pick it up?

Still have it, I will have to drive out and meet you if you want it, have to get my camping crap out of the trailer.

I don't get it, what is the advantage of a timeshare vs just getting a hotel room?

About half the cost, and the size of a small apartment with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The owners lounge is pretty cool if you got a big group, we also used to use the showers at the owner's lounge after hitting the lake on Sunday before the drive home.
