Yes association dues are about $200 per 1/4 HOA's or association is pretty laid back,they they take care of neighborhood watch,keep the enterance gates and landscaping nice,resurface the black top streets and keep on top of any houses that are neglected.For the most part it's pretty laid back we bring our toy hauler home for a few days at a time with no complaints.Secure in here and cool neighbors

That's not Bad! That location is my fav. area. Clean, close to the new shopping centers and away from town.
