i know this is very short notice.. but would the house be available this weekend? 5/10 & 5/11?

Three bedroom, two full baths, fully equiped kitchen, clean sheeting, laundry, cable, bbq, patio. Tons of boat parking, 98 feet from detached garage to street, and plenty of room in the rear for boats 24ft and smaller, perfect for multiple families, with multiple boats. Parking in rear and side.

$100 per nt, 2 nt min, plus $80 clean fee
$125 per nt, 3nt min Holiday & DS rate plus cleaning fee
$500 per week, plus $80 clean fee
