I deleted my post as I had too many filters checked with Zillow....available homes has only gone up above 550 in the last 30 days...that's quite a jump but definitely not the 800 like I had incorrectly in my deleted post...

800 homes for sale would be roughly 2.5% of the homes in Havasu. Not sure what percentage is good or bad, just throwing it out there.

Yes, 104 sold in last 30 days....

I am not sure what the appropriate percentage is....It is crazy that Walt said when he moved earlier this year there were 90 for sale....I only checked single family residences and it now shows above 550 which is pretty big increase just month over month...literally moving 100+ or better upward monthly.....and then when you add in that 104 sold in the last 30 days ....lot more inventory which should help pricing for buyers...

My search today shows 595 single family homes for sale and 431 that are not contingent. So there are 164 properties in escrow. Seems like a pretty healthy housing market to me.
