Anyone here have a house for rent or know someone who does? 3 bedroom is about the biggest requirement, even if it's a 1 bath. I've been searching all the typical places and not finding anything that really works. Needs to be pet friendly, that's usually the deal breaker. Appreciate anything that may turn up!

I have a 2bed, 2 bath one car garage part of a duplex for $1500 a month available for rent.
Also have a mobile home with a pool 2bd 2ba single car garage for $2200 month

Currently in escrow on a new to us house in havasu. Considering renting or selling my existing havasu house. It’s kind of unique for its size. I would prefer to lock in a reliable clean renter but may decide on just selling.
