Havasu Go to for Volvo Outdrive Repair/Replacement on Mid 2000's Cobalt

My parents are staying with some good friends in Havasu for a couple weeks. My dad's buddy is pretty well deaf from his time in the Coast Guard and could hear his Volvo outdrive making some noise on the way down river - if Bill can hear it, it needs some attention. I'm not sure who he talked to today when they got off the water, but he was verbally quoted $9k plus labor for a rebuild. Who should I point him to in town to get some quotes? He is thinking he just wants to buy a new outdrive that comes with a warranty if that is the price for a rebuild....

I've seen Aaron at absolute service those before. To my understanding the volvo sx drive is basically the old omc cobra drive
