What would be the ballpark estimate to build a 13x35 garage in havasu? Interior just studs. No insulation or electrical. Slab/framing/stucco/roof.

In 2020 we had a 24x36 built for $20k. Very basic not including concrete, electrical, insulation and using T1-11 siding. I won't mention the name of the builder as I wouldn't recommend them. Of course this was before lumber prices went crazy.

I have 65' of driveway but I think it was around 10k for that. I wouldn't even be able to offer a good guess as to the cost now.

Figure about $80 a square foot for your basic garage.

Concrete work is priced geographically if you will. Cost of material, cost of labor aren't the same in AZ. I'm in CA. If I do a 1200 sq ft garage foundation, engineered with 4" floor, 12"x12" footings, #3 rebar 18" on center on YOUR level lot, I'm getting $12-14 sq ft. I'm paying 135.00 a cubic yard which calcs to 1600.00 per load with all the other shit they charge,,,,,environmental fee, fuel surcharge, sack (PSI) and sales tax. Right now I'm using an accelerator (Polar Set) due to ambient temps and short days. If your under 800 sq ft look to be charged $15.00 sq ft. Under 600 sq ft $17.00, under 400 $20.00 sq ft. Hope this helps

Lumber is back down. So is framing. My lumber bid for 650 sq ft adu and 400 sq ft garage. $13K. Bids with lumber were 45k-70K.

Concrete I am bidding flat work 4" at $15 on package deals. MYV says I should be at $20. That ADU Concrete not including driveway $36K. For raised on ADU slab on garage and small entryway.

I have plans for a 1320 sq ft garage and my cost with stucco I figured $65K. With 20' interior ceilings.

12-15 for flat is fine, there was more to that post you left out, demo grade and base, lol
garages in havasu I believe are 100-150psf range for all, depending if siding or stucco, and roof material
