I was just over there. I called them timeshares in front of the lady in the store who was telling us about the penthouses and she said we don’t call them timeshares.

You get one slip to share with all the owners, and they have rack storage up top of the riviera for the other boats not being actively used. They will swap the boats for you when you call.

These things are going to be well off to the north side away from the other development according to the store lady.

I love the progress and new ideas...However, these boats will be demolished within 5 years. If I leave my boat in a slip for a week its wrecked.

Try leaving your boat in a lake for 4 months straight. I don’t think things do well at that duration. There is a level of lake scale or grime you can’t even power buff off.

From the website and if you look at the drawing it looks like they depict cart parking out on the dock by the boats
