i have more faith in humanity then that.

For directions go to the fire station in desert hills. sign says road closed.. go around it. as a matter of fact the next two of those signs just go around. trail
will make a "Y". go to the right. go what seems like forever and then you will arrive.

no shit that is the actual directions.

Might roll again tomorrow afternoon if anyone is down to go.

.
To clarify.... Desert Hills Fire covers Havasu Heights... So the station you refer to is in the heights, correct?

So for an off-road ride, do you take craggy wash the whole way?

We tried that at first and after about an hour of wrong turns at forks in the road, our group of 9/10 SxS's turned back towards the 95 and went thru the rv encampment you see off the 95 half way between Pilot rest stop and the airport. We then paralleled somewhat the 95 towards the Havasu Heights turn off then towards the Fire Station and beyond towards the bar. Unfortunately, my Lowrance didn't have these trails marked in Craggy Wash, although we saw quite a few trail markers. We will eventually find a way to the bar from Craggy Wash but yesterday wasn't our day.

Is that an airstrip or drag strip between Havasu Heights and the new desert bar?
And, holy shit, that other place with about 100+ cars and boats around would be the first place to look for stolen/hidden cars/vessels:p

I don't know about an airstrip. When you take Heights Blvd pass the fire station and "Road Closed" signs, there an abandoned housing development called Rancho Havasu. There's graded lots and underground infrastructure. That's maybe what you see. Anyways, you can access Razor Ridge in almost anything. The road was cut by a machine the whole way up.

On Google Earth it looks like an airstrip, but from the road it's an abandoned housing development. There could have an airstrip farther back but we didn't explore it yesterday.
I posted 2 seperate pics. The first looks like the air field. The 2nd looks like the abanoned housing development.

The funny looking white thing on the ground appears to be a Quickie so I'm going with airstrip.
