Havasu condo with a view for sale

When I grow up I wanna be wealthy so I can afford to live in Havasu.

Shouldn't be that hard to do?

Link in post #1 shows 1981.

My buddy was a little foggy on this but he said that building was built about 10 years later from the original condos. He said something like the Fitness Club owned that property and somehow someone bought it from the club or the owner of the club built that last building of condos. The builder was able to get them annexed into the Isles. He said the last condo from that building is at least a 1,000 sq ft bigger than the other Isles condos.
