Anyone interested in a wholesale deal on a single family home off S Palo Verde? Street/street corner lot over 13k sq' lot size, house is almost 1100sq' that's been mildly updated inside, nothing outside yet. No garage, but the plan to add one would be awesome as the lot has alot of potential. Apparently setbacks requirements are favorable on a 2 street corner lot.
