Yes, green Chile chicken enchiladas.Carne Adovada.

I put them on the BBQ to blister on each side. Let them cool slightly and put them in a plastic bag in the fridge. Peeled off pretty damn easy.What the trick to cooking these and having the skin come off easy .

Before bbq coat the outside of the Chile with oil /salt .I put them on the BBQ to blister on each side. Let them cool slightly and put them in a plastic bag in the fridge. Peeled off pretty damn easy.
I didn’t.. The first directions i read were to put them in a dry pan to char. Didn’t work for shit. I tried on the stove top next. No go. Went outside on the BBQ and it was pretty quick.Before bbq coat the outside of the Chile with oil /salt .
