How come cnn.com is showing 64 - 56 in favor of Obama? Is the site that stale?

They show a really close race in Florida.

Florida not called yet.......currently 50 - 49 Obama. 5 minutes ago it was 51-48 Romney......way too early to call.
Virginia stopped reporting as they have kept the polls open to service everyone who was in line at the predetermined closing time.

Stay tuned

Just called Arkansas (Clinton's home state) for Romney......88-78 on FNC right now

Last I read, Virginia is solid for Romney. Florida should be more interesting.

I'm surprised to see Ohio so far ahead for Obama. Maybe it's too early to take much from that.

CNN is currently reporting Romney ahead, 73 - 64.

It's interesting to see the discrepancy between CNN and Fox.

Fox: 88 - 78 Romney

CNN: 82 - 64 Romney

Seeing as Obama and the Cantards have socialist views in common, I am guessing they are betting against Romney and his magic underwear :D

I don't know. There are lots of Obama supporters here but there are also a surprising amount who are terrified of the US national debt. The outcome of this election will affect us almost as much as US residents. We don't seem to be as passionate about the outcome here as you folks but everyone is watching.

I'm not in a good place to give a ratio but I doubt the "vast amount" of Canadians favor either one. It's probably split almost as close as your electorate.

We have a guy on local radio who is almost like Rush Limbaugh. He constantly goes on rants against gay marriage, claims Obama is a Muslim, etc. He seems like a wacko to me but he probably represents a small portion of the population.

thanks, the Debt scares me too. We spend money and print it like nobody can. I am so disappointed in our system and our politicians. Both sides. :thumbsdown

Easy. You're talking like a Canadian. :D

There has to be a system that does not jack up entitlements or sell legislative control to corporate power centers. As best as I can tell, the interests of the population are not being represented.

Worst of all, Canada is following your lead. You guys make debt and inner conflict look so attractive. :D

Contested Senate seats are currently tied at 41. Contested house seats show 92 - 51 in favor of the Republicans.
