As much as I am wanting to do. May add some feet and a snowman or something but that’s yet to be decided. Used a 24’ extension ladder and a neighbor to hold the bottom while I risked my life around the RV garage.

House came out nice! @FROGMAN524
Thanks! it’s not done yet. We still gotta get the driveways finished and everything when the pool is done but lots of things left to do in the backyard before I start finishing the front yard and inside of the RV garage.

My .02$. I've started using this 👆. The eves on my tiny porch are almost out of my reach, even at the top of my ladder, the landscaping slopes away at a big angle, hard to get a good footing. Also, my HOA (Condo tract), went and decided no more nails, staples, or screws, if they catch it, it is a fine at the owner's expense.

The system is a bit cumbersome, and if you accidentally pull tension on one clip, the whole string can come down. I've got to really be sure that the clip has disengaged before bringing the pole down. Once, it is started, not so bad, and you can rip the whole sting down pretty quick after the season.

Having seen and done huge amounts of ladder fuckery on a farm until my early 20's - even in the winter with snow on the ground:
No temporary annual Christmad lights at my house.
Those permanent Goovee are pretty cool year round. I see more and more all the time.
