I’ve been over 90 with our Bimini. Not smart but it didn’t come off.That’s debatable. Lol

I should have known better. I was pushing my luck.I’ve been over 90 with our Bimini. Not smart but it didn’t come off.
Sorry I missed this Vic. Only thread I may have had was when I bought it suprised the family for Xmas a few years ago.Is there a thread on your motor home?
Hmm- 34 ft and 23-24 ft maybe? I never measured it. Matter of fact, this is the first time I’ve towed a boat behind it.Just curious, what's the overall length of your coach and boat?
Have a Great time!!
Campground was cool. It was expensive by the time we paid for the extra amenities. If we didn’t have boats and went to the kids water park every day I’d stay there as it’s perfect for that type of camping, they also had a miniature golf course, resteraunt and market. We just didn’t spend a ton of time at camp so I don’t know if the extra costs for the water park access is worth it? We went once and it was cool. The kids enjoyed it.Looks like a great time! Every time I see threads about the Delta I always want to go and check it out- something different than the river and Havasu but I have yet to make the trip up there.
@Hammer- How is that campground?
No you don’t really worry about it.Looks like a great trip. Thanks for posting. Would love to go sometime! Any issue with the brackish water and boats? Or is it not salty enough to worry about?
Majority of delta campgrounds are below the levys so no view. Riverpoint Marina is on the levy next to the water. Clean, gated, large launch ramp that you can launch with RV. not far from Windmill cove, Tiki Lagoon, downtown stockton(mexican restaruant). They did raise rates this year $75 holiday,but still way less than tower park. Turner cut is also nice camping shaded grass, walking distance to tiki lagoon, but no view behind levy.Campground was cool. It was expensive by the time we paid for the extra amenities. The campground was nice, we had shaded spots which was awesome but no “river view “ so to speak, not a big deal but we’ve always been used it from Big Bend, Black Meadow Etc… It was well kept and nice though. They had trash pic up at your site every day, 50 amp service and a ton of single wides you could rent. Plenty of kids riding bikes around. Our kids loved playing and riding all morning and in the evening. Definitely kept them occupied while we cooked and got ready every day.
We ended up renting a golf cart to get to the store and slip. They also have a launch service. I’m not sure did launch with the motorhome though, it’s freaking steep.
I’d stay there again, but I think next time we will try something different. B&W Resort looks like a nice place. @restless527 raves about it.
I’m still learning places to stay and what part of the Delta I like best. A lot more “Action” down in the Disco Bay Area. I’d say I prefer staying around that area more so than the Lodi/Stockton part of the Delta. There isn’t a lot of shoreline there either. Not a ton of beaches to choose from.
It’s definitely worth the trip. I enjoy it over Havasu/Parker in a lot of ways. The highest temp was 100 on Saturday. Dropped into the 60’s at night.
We booked Don Pedro in Sept. we had a blast camping there last year.

We headed home yesterday around 10-11. Now time to unpack and move vehicles around.
Great trip with great friends and family. Can’t wait for the next one!
