I’ll be there Tuesday-Saturday.
Taking the trailer out to The Islander and putting up the awning.

Not coming out this week but will be in Havasu for some mid week boating the following week, the 8th and 9th - just in case anybody is going to be out.

Oldschoolboats..

I have a bunch of shit to do down that way that the pile justs keeps getting bigger..would also like to run along side some of the "dialed in" hallett 210's...I bought a -2 imco drive, but... wonder what I'm gonna give up by changing it out...like I've stated... I've own a bunch of these 210's,... and never changed the drive...all of them needed nothing after adding the drive plate....my 210 will get on plane @ 2000 rpms.. and I don't wanna give that part up... but what I've found out,.. if you don't know any better, and you don't try different stuff, it' just never gets any better. some times I look at boats on a trailer at the ramp, and see a boat that is propped wrong... and say." hey have you tried a different prop?" and get the reply.." Why? my boat runs perfect!...,this is the prop they told me to run.." I owed a howard like yours, but it had a lot more power...and it probley wasn't set up right because it was horrible... never had a chance to set it up as a guy chased me down the freeway and bought it before I got it home..that being said... I though the hallett 240 open bow was horrible when I got it, and all It took was a prop change.... same with this 210, it was propped way wrong, handled real bad, but, it still had the prop they put on it when it was built...the owner said, " that's the prop Hallett put on it, and they are the experts...so go figure...
