If Lovell's driving ... your DOOMED !!
That would take a while to get used to the length.
RD up and at Nordic at 630am! He is either feeling better or that cold is really causing issues.
I love the boat & just look at that trailer. RD, is that an Extreme or Lugo? In any case, it's very impressive & looks fantastic! I've always loved the their 43, 34 & 28.[emoji1305]
I talked to him on the phone the other day. He sounded better. Lolol.. who knows...
There was lots of rambling about coconut water...
Nice Skater...I mean Nordic...
Is this the 2nd or 3rd they built?
I was going to ask of the bottom was Skater.
Its not a Skater and neither are the other Nordic molds that were rumored for years to be Skaters. I spoke with Peter at Skater personally about this years ago when all the "Its really a Skater" banter was floating around and he assured me its not a Skater and was never a Skater and will never be a Skater.
It is, however a really nice looking boat and I am sure well built - we will see how it runs. What power is in it, what drives, gear ratio etc? - any idea how much it weighs fully rigged?.

It is a 40 skater classic bottom with a Nordic deck.
Updates, how did it go????

Beautiful Boat.
That would take a while to get used to the length. I'd need boat bumpers for a while lol.
3rd for sure... maybe 4th??
I guess you should've read between the lines when he said that...No it's no skater. was the original splashed? Absolutely. Was a deal struck to use the bottom? Absolutely. I was in the Powerboat Magazine Office when this was being discussed with Peter. Even Nordic admits it's a Skater bottom. They just don't want to discuss when they agreed with Peter to use it.
I'm not trying to poo poo it. I just think it's funny how people argue this or that it's some secret.
Anyway, is this the second or third they built? Very nice looking regardless. I'd like to see the interior and some different angles.
There was a Blue/White one kicking around that pops up for sale but I've never seen that boat on the water.
Saw it at Lanier last year. Its a big boat, took me a while to figure out what it was, it doesn't say Nordic anywhere on it.

Each time this boat will be made a royalty is paid to Skater....Tankster is correct. So if 4 have been made Skater has received something for each one.
