Anyone have anything good or bad to say about them? I always use Maxis on all my trailers but when I called discount today to get a set for the boat they recommended the new Goodyear Endurance tires. Seems like they just came out so I doubt there are many reviews for them yet. On the fence whether I should give them a try or stick with what I know works. The Goodyear are suppose to be good tires and are a bit cheaper and they have them in stock. Towing the Boat to Texas next week so I am looking for the piece of mind of good tires. What say the RDP brain trust?

You're good to go with them.
Get them at Americas/Discount and get the "certs" / warranty.

Maintain the air pressure.

After having bad luck with Carlisles, I switched to a set of Greenballs and had worse luck. I've been swapping out the greenballs with Goodyear Marathons and havent had any issues with the Marathons. I still have 2 greenball tires, although I just noticed that the tread is separating on oneof them. I might change out to Good Endurance tires and see how they last. I'm thinking about just replacing 2 of my trailer tires everyyear, that way I won't ever have tires that are more than 3 years old.

My current set of tires i have 2 i changed at begin if dune season the other 2 at end of season.Trailer tires are something thats for sure when one goes the others are just a few miles away and you usually only have one spare.I wont ever do 4 at once again. When i have noticed one tire coming apart there was usually a second one sowing signs before i made it home from glamis and thats a 200 mile trip atleast i know a tire shop coming home that got my business on a sunday afternnoon in indio.

Good to hear.
I just put 4 GY 8 ply Endurance ST205 75R/14s on the Hallett trailer.
All l I need to do is get the Hallett down to B1 Racing in Santa Anna and back to Lancaster then a one way trip to the Hohave Valley house.
The boat and trailer will reside in one of three climate controlled garages at the house.
They were a little pricey but Americas Tire claims they are made in America and I have the full warranty on the tires.
Time will tell.

From everything I have seen/read Goodyear seems to have listened hopefully and put together a quality trailer tire made here. 87 mph speed rating also.

I want to replace the tire on my TT and was wondering if these are still good and how you have liked them so for?

Used to run Goodyear Marathon's on my trailer and never had a problem. Didn't even have a blowout on Amboy road....lol
I had a different experience. I blew 3 of these in two years. Now I use Maxxis and have had no issues since 2012

I've had these e-rated tires on my two axle enclosed for 2 years. Trailer is 9300 lbs on the axles. Towed to Glamis & back about 10 times, and St. Anthony's ID last summer, towing 70-75mph all the way and through the Las Vegas desert heat at 118F ambient. No issues so far.

My next set of trailer tires for the enclosed will be these:

I'm going to take the good years and put them on my car hauler that has dry rotted tires.

After having numerous trailer tire issues, I switched over to Goodyear Endurance tires in 2017 and 2018 - So far so good, but I haven't put enough miles on them to have confidence. If I make it through this season without any blowouts then I will feel pretty good about the Endurance tires/

Same here, boat trailer and travel trailer sitting on GY Endurance both in E rating. They look much better than the Carlisles.

Back in the day there was a Tire company in Huntington Beach called May Tire Company that sold recaps and that’s what everyone called them. Kind of funny hearing that again [emoji106]

That’s not bad pricing. $814.98 was the best I got.
