The guy I have always used in needles is premier sports. It's right there on broadway. Most boat storage places know the owner and will tow your boat there for you. I know all seasons storage does. They do great work and are honest guys. It's a father son shop.
Dropped my boat off with them on Monday. Mike seemed like a nice enough guy. Took time to explain how everything works to me. Said he would give me a update on Tuesday. Never heard from him. So I have been calling a handful of times Wednesday and today. They are not answering the phone. Hope my boat is OK. Hopefully Mike comes through in the end. From my experience so far. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

That is very unnerving as a boat owner when someone doesnt answer the phone or return calls.I have a baller friend. He is insanely busy.He ALWAYS returns calls and answers if able.Thats why he is baller.Very sorry to read this.Hope all turns out well.Behavior like this is unacceptable.Keep us posted.

Yeah I forgot to tell you that. Mike never answers his phone but does quality work. I asked him one time why he doesn't answer the phone and he said, " I shouldn't be on the phone all day, when work needs to be done."
Update= Mike finally answered the phone (Friday @ 4:50PM). He went to Phoenix for a couple days. When he answered the phone he waisted no time describing the issues with my boat. He went into full detail which makes me feel like my boat is in good hands. He actually fixed what he could the day I dropped it off and had it back to storage the same day. He ordered some parts, the parts are in and he will get them installed by Monday or Tuesday.
From my limited experience with Mike I feel he is a good honest mechanic that is not out to make some extra money on you. The way he describes the repairs is great. The communication part is hard for me to deal with.
In my post above I stated that I would never go back or would not recommend them to anyone. I am having second thoughts on that statement now. We will see. It would have been much easier to handle if I knew about the communication part from the beginning.
Going through a similar issue with Premier and want to get it clarified. I have my fax ready to go, but cannot find a fax number on the web to send it to. Help me out if you have the # RDP! Thanks!
My boat needs some love but Mike will not answer his phone. Anyone else in needles that knows what they are doing?
