Just sent to me from my Daughter. Cool shot that shows the route to take to get up river and out the river opening.
Just a little info. For whatever reason Bureau of Rec dropped the level of the lake to about 446- 446.5 about 5 days ago, so even this route is a little dicey. It was still down today.
Several boats still grounded now, vessel assist on scene cashing in if they are not members.

I tried the no wake zone earlier this year at idle. No chance. My daughter had to walk us out. With the current but against the wind. Haven’t tried it againLast couple times we rolled through we saw people taking this route without issue but you could see it was shallow!

The stars need to align for about 8 agency's and there's a big cost factor, the Chemehuevi's paid last time, and it only lasts about 1 season.I used to trim up and lift my feet ... but now I go through the no-wake zone ... but for sure ... the wake zone is very shallow ... but if my prop hits the bottom ... maybe it won’t be so bad as going fast ... ? Kinda weird they didn’t maintain that no wake zone ...?
Sign o the times. Every weekend like holiday weekend - no kids sports, no school, satellite work. Everyone heading to the lake!!!Lots of traffic going through that area today the few times I looked out there. Busy for October.
