I agree, that is a nice boat, I like his car too! :D

Hey RD! you might want to do an online article on this boat, the owner has some unique history involving motor sports in So Cal.

Met with Lee. Saw the facility. And then got distracted by a 24'r in the facility for sale. I may not order a "built" 24.
This is a 2002, 24', I/O, CLOSED BOW, that fits the bill.

I just got home last night. I have to get back to business. I'll let Lee know my intentions ASAP.

You've gotta be kidding me! anyone that chops a deck like that deserves to be slapped in the face :thumbsdown. I don't care about the room arguements, functionality, whatever, it's disgusting, it's an abomination, walk-through or standard bow rider = ugly, if you want a bathtub go to Home Depot, as far as i'm concerned.

But other than that 24's are superb boats, especially once you have the bottoms reworked. they run through the rough, chop, and boat wakes like nothing else you'll ever ride in. :thumbsup

Fuck it post it! I was so toast that weekend :D I kinda remember the video above, i think it was directed to john after he stabbed my hand with a steak knife mid grab trying to snag a bite of his burrito.... what a train wreck.... I can barely make a coherent sentence at that point :point:fsakes

I don't remember the other incident one bit... surprise.... :champagne:

the sad thing is, fast forward 72 hours and I'll be doing the exact same thing all over again.... I never learn :skull

Hi 502, thats a clean 24. ive seen as well. there is alot of input here, take it for what it is. If you plan on racing that boat in competition then you know what upgrades are possible. if you are a recreational boater then the 24 is quite capable of your expectations. YOU SHOULD DRIVE IT. make sure its what you expect. Lee and co. will agree. Have fun and good luck, keep us posted!:champagne:

we flip and blue print all the 24 turn key boats that leave are shop.
if you buy a bare hull from lee we leave it as a option. Some peaple dont
want us to do it becouse it might be going to another glass shop for
capping and things. Some peaple might have deals worked out to have
it done for less. No big deal if that is what whey want.

Mine is a bowrider because thats what we wanted, so where do we line up for the face slapping? I thought this was supposed to be friendly? Thats a pretty bold statement! Anyway just let me know I'll be the first in line!

It's all jokes dale.. LOL. Nothi g to get worked up about. ;)

By the way I've been on message boards for years and I have yet to be on one that I'd deem "friendly". :D. It's more like an acquairium with fish that all eat each other actually. LOL. Trick is to be the smarter (bigger) fish. ;)

Thanks for all the input! It's going to be a family friendly river, lake and delta boat. New or used. The only racing that takes place is my heart every time I remove my boat cover.

I went back and reread it. "You're right", he said with a forced gravely voice.

Can't spell 'cover' either.

I'm sooo busy with work and a new business venture that I don't have time to think about another boat. My 22'r is in storage, my '04 Fat Boy has less than 8k miles and my wife thinks I'm a burglar when I do get home!

But yes, I do wnat a 24'r.
