Bone stock Craig. This thing pulls like a freight train when it’s on the main jet. My last bike was a 300SX. I like this one more.Stock or did you put the 300 kit on it?
It's looking bad for KTM. I read they have a year's production of motorcycles in inventory. They are also planning to disband their MotoGP team. How long until they go bankrupt?

No way. I haven’t seen that. Bummer. I’ve had KTMs off and on for like the last 50 years. What brought this on, any insight? It's looking bad for KTM. I read they have a year's production of motorcycles in inventory. They are also planning to disband their MotoGP team.
Had that same bike in 1976.Not an actual picture, of course, but a reasonable facsimile of my first KTM (Penton). I’ve been riding since most of you guys were in diapers

Dangit. They ran out and bought Husky, then Gas Gas, and who knows what else. I see in this article they are moving production to China. As financial woes worsen, KTM takes drastic measures to cut losses
It was just a couple of years ago that Pierer Mobility-owned KTM celebrated 12 straight years of record growth. Now, the company is in a dire crisis that requires a halt in production and the sacking of more than 300 employees. How did it get here?newatlas.com

Agree on the electric. Saw one at our local track this summer and it looked like fun. The advantage of instant on torque would be very helpful. Don’t know about the weight, however.Everyone freaks out about a BK....for companies, it's reorganization. Unfortunately, they most likely will inflict some stress on their suppliers, but in the end they most likely will be in a better financial position soon. They announced the China thing, but the tariffs can change that move as well.
Polaris was in major trouble about 20 years ago and look at them now. The brands will continue and most likely will just get better.
I think the biggest thing will be electric....those Stark Varg electric bikes are popping up more and more. I remember when the 4 strokes came out and everyone said they would never get one and they were junk, etc. Now, the 450's have more power, lighter, and faster than any 500 ever made. I have a feeling the electric bikes will be main stream in the next 5-10 years. I don't like it, but the world is changing and so do people.

Hard to imagine a complete liquidation. They’ve got a viable business. Just need to restructure the balance sheet and slim down the product line.KTM for life or until the close their doors and you cant get parts...lol...
