Windsor Beach State Park.Where you camping at?
A lot of good ideas here. The area where you already went is my favorite. The gorge is cleaner, cooler water and nice sugar sand beaches. Keep in mind the crowds will really grow starting Friday, which you may or may not like, it shouldn't be too crazy as people may be waiting for the 4th. We also do the Springs once in a while as well as Steamboat or 3 dunes, but mostly stay up North. We do Havasu Landing once in a while but always take the Ferry, don't like gambling in beach wear. Hope you have a great time and your motorhome air works well.Windsor Beach State Park.

BJ’s for dinner? I hope you meant drinks. Try Flying X. Bands nightly and decent bar food. Glad you are having fun, minus the heatMet AZMike this AM walking into the Shell station convenience store. RDP sticker tipped us off.
Breakfast at Makai’s was awesome. Thanks for the tip. Made our way to Pirates cove where the boat died and stranded us for a couple of hours on the beach with nothing to do but drink beers and make friends. good thing we enjoy drinking beers and making friends! . Gary and Becky in the pontoon were great people!
Then spent another stellar couple of hours at the sandbar. met a few people there as well. Scott with the badass California Performance big block jet was a great dude. Headed to BJ’s for dinner.
thanks for another great day, Havasu!
Passed on BJ’s; Ended up at Flying X. But they werent serving food that late, so we caught some of the band, then just grabbed some In-N-Out.BJ’s for dinner? I hope you meant drinks. Try Flying X. Bands nightly and decent bar food. Glad you are having fun, minus the heat
You made a good choice. There is also a dive bar just past the hardware store. Called the Pour House. (In back). Decent food and cheap drinks if you want to pregame before the X.Passed on BJ’s; Ended up at Flying X. we’re planning on being at Flying X again tonight though. Seems like our kinda place.

We plan on Saturday being anParker day. Still gotta figure out how to get the boat over there. U-Haul I suppose. You really do need to do a day trip to Parker as well. It's well worth the drive. Grab a drink at Foxes or Roadrunner! Take your boat and run the parker strip! Go up to the dam and float down. It's really great at dusk as the sun goes down! Float from the dam down to Foxes and then tie up and enjoy. You really do need to do a designated driver though because it's too easy to over indulge
