Girl missing a boat that got sunk and retrieved on the river ? Caught wind of this last night but cant find anything out whats the skinny ?

I saw that story, a lady named Karen post a pic of her boat beached but mostly submerged and asked if anyone had any ideas for her problem...her post literally said, Anyone have any solutions for my problem...many people offered solutions and help...messaged her, went and looked at the boat, I think someone ended up floating the boat and getting it towed back to the dock somewhere...the whole time, the original poster Karen went mia...never came back or to be heard from again...then the guy that saved it tried contracting her all day to no avail...then she made another post saying she left the boat for one hour to go get a pump and when she came back someone had stole it....lol....I still dont know if she ever contacted the guy that rescued it...

I screen shot that a few days ago. I go to lowes so often it tracks my phone there and blasts my FB with ads. Just spent 5k there 30 minutes ago. And headed back for another job when I leave the next. They smoke the prices of most every where else when you submit through the Pro system.

Apparently it was a shit show that spilled over to RDP Facebook and the guy that runs SoCal Jetboats Facebook page apologized to RD for the shit show

She did, the guy who towed it posted that she got it back.

They towed it across the river to the Marina Launch ramp right behind the boat in the pic

Lake Berryessa. My local lake growing up. A little over 30 minutes from Napa where I grew up. Spent a lot of time there between my high school days and early to mid 20’s.
I heard this story when it happened. Glad they caught someone. Gang bangers from what I gather.
Not too many ways in or out from there.

yeah a bunch of fkn clowns, that day use is always full of families and kids it could have been way worse of a outcome. the youngsters have no idea of what grilling and chilling means just living life with no fks given.

I saw one recovery pic on IG I think but never got the story, bum deal if F&G swamped them
