Kids lucky that's all he got. It won't get fixed cuz I'm sure his parents will think poor baby....and will wanna be pissed at the man instead of addressing the behavior of their kid.

Holy crap, I don't know what to say. I'm completely stunned there are kids around like this. So this kid isn't a millennial right as he is too young? What is this generation called?

His parents probably used the "time out" method with him. :D

Yeah, that ain’t shit. You should see the stuff that is going on in schools now. From second grade on. What’s bad is the little punks know that the teachers can’t touch them because of liability issues. The school districts won’t back up the teachers either.

Kid reminds me of MilkMoney when I used to hang out with him in grade school. Always had a Beef with someone.
But this fool threw punches and didn't run his mouth. Now how many times have I saved your ass from being kicked in school, jus to have you steal my pay pal [emoji6] [emoji202]

I have read various posts on here that made me really question where we are heading into the future.

Well what is your comment to the video , other than judging people's opinions.

He just found out what happens when you put the big boy pants on and find out your not a big boy, just a little bitch. That guy showed a lot of restraint, the kid should have gotten slapped.

That little punk was provoking that guy and got a very small amount of what he should have gotten. Got to hand it to the guy. Until that kid started throwing punches he seemed to just try to get away from him. The kid suddenly was crying the moment he got put down. Classic bully. Tough guy till you get slapped down. Then cry like a baby.

Far more common than you would believe in your worst nightmare.
And getting worse every day.
And yes, this is the stock that school shooters come from...no guidance or moral authority at home, or, even worse a parent who has demonstrated this kind of behavior for the kid. Although this kid is arrogant enough that he may not make it to the usual age where the shooters come from.
The crying was an act. He finally struck the man repeatedly, to get him to defend himself, and his wailing was for the camera.
He needs to be expelled from the campus and put into a school facility that has people that can handle him, for his safety and the safety of the others he is around.
The person shooting the video was in on it, and I believe the laws now hold them accountable for not summoning authorities. School campuses are no longer a safe and proper environment for learning, and in most school districts this is the primary function of the admin...to provide such an environment.
In 5 years, if he lives and doesn't wind up in custody, this will be your ANTIFA type pulling for the most anarchy based political platform and candidates out there...claiming he is a victim.
He is a victim of his parents, and a society that no longer requires personal responsibility and accountability.
God Help us all...

Not sure if it would help, but I'd try to pass this video to all the local authorities. Hopefully that's already been done. Kid appears to be a time bomb.

Since we have members much more legally wise than myself on here and putting emotions aside for a moment.
What is the proper course of action as the adult in this type of situation ?
I think this guy handled it with amazing restraint.

it's too bad the guy involved didn't have a son his age he could call and turn him loose on that little punk ass dip shit. That kid is begging for somebody to care enough to discipline him. I would guess no dad in picture or certainly not one of value/substance. Rather sad actually, vacant parent/parents. Maybe the military can "fix" this kid someday if society and the "school system" continues to fail him.

Military schools don't want someones bratty kid anymore. Have a friend with kid control problems who thought about that.
(not to this extent)

This kids parents have done a shitty job.
Id have thumped the little shithead way harder the minute he blocked my path or put his hands on me.

Not only is he a little asshole - he's a whiny bitch that cant take it.

If the little shit called my wife a whore spitting in her face like that I'd smack his mouth so hard you my see handprints on his cheek for a week. As grandad would say- Ill give you something to cry about.

Single mom syndrome? Maybe nowadays, not my mom.
My mom would beat me to within an inch of my life if she ever saw me talk to someone or act like that.

Catholic school would sort this out right quick.

No, he focked up royally! He should’ve called 911, end of story. Claimed terroristic threats and everything under the sun. If he did that in Southern California, even though he was right in all our eyes what he did, but in reality he would’ve lost his job and then sued.

I certainly agree with the potential for legal issues, both criminal and civil. Yet, at some point, even with a minor (especially older, larger and more powerful ones) there's the real possibility of you or your loved one being harmed. Calling 911, assuming that opportunity presents itself, could eventually bring assistance, but depending on the circumstances, the right to defend ourselves should not be denied, simply based on age. Removing ourselves from the situation would be ideal, but not always possible.
I don't know the circumstances of this video, who the guy was or what that kid was trying to achieve.
Frustrating video to watch, that's for sure, but it really got me thinking.

I disagree. Once the kid assaulted the adult the line was crossed where the adult can defend himself. When the midget adult did so it wasn’t over done. If the adult would have given this kid what he needed (a bloody ass whooping) the adult would have caught some legal shit flinging.

I draw the line at any body contact. Do that faggot push your body against mine and I’m gonna push you on your ass. That will most likely escalate or deescalate the situation.

And you will lose everything you worked so hard for. I speak from very close knowledge and every day experiences that is going on in the schools nowadays and after school programs. You bet your ass that the school districts are not going to protect you, they will side with the parents and the student. And the unions don’t give a fuck to tell you the truth. If you look at the video carefully it was not shot from the beginning of the incident. There was a lot more to it before the cell phone started rolling. Rather than sitting down and calling some sister or whoever the hell he was calling he should’ve been calling 911. If you look at the video when he threw the kid on the floor what was the first thing that came out of the kids mouth? It’s a different age today and is only getting worse.

Gotcha. You’re speaking from a teachers point of view. I see where you’re coming from.

I’m speaking from a dad & Reserve LE point of view. Kid need to be in cuffs while everyone walks by laughing at him. Meanwhile everyone in the area gives a witness statement of his actions.

Send that punk ass kid down the river already.....Unfortunately it most likely will not get "better" as this little shithead enters adulthood and has to deal with ANY type of authority...Law Enforcement, Boss's/Supervisors, etc.

I understand the civil liabilities, not as a teacher, which I'm not sure if the adult in this scenario is or isn't, but as an adult essentially being accosted by this deranged child. I carry a huge umbrella for extenuating liabilities, hopefully I'll never need it.
But I was hoping some of our LE would comment on the criminal side in regards to defending yourself against an obvious minor.
Obviously, your word against his, with no witnesses, you could be royally screwed.

http://thechive.com/2018/06/05/litt...sson-in-life-and-shows-his-true-colors-video/

Some backstory pulled from another forum so take it with a grain of salt: “The two kids had been at the park for several hours earlier that day terrorizing kids at the splash pad and playground. There had been several complaints. In the 25 min before the video, the guy taping was driving down the street to the park when the two kids cut him off on their bikes and flipped him off. He rolled his window down and told the kids to watch it and get out of the street. They swore at him, followed him, and when he parked, the kids started throwing rocks and other things at his car and trying to scratch it with the rocks, cussing and swearing at him and his wife. The man went to the concession stand and found the guy who is the park manager/concession stand and asked him for help. That is the guy with the hat, calling the sister/mom of the boy and getting pushed and punched by the kid. The kids following the guy to the concession stand, where the concession/park manager told the kids to leave and they started swearing and cutting up with him, then left for a minute down the path, threw down their bikes, and came back for more. At that point, the 1st man started videotaping. The woman at the very end of the video, who the kid is swearing at, is this guy’s wife.”
