One more day of PT on Thursday. I'm can bend my knee at 120 degrees when not too swollen.

Looking forward to the other knee being replaced first of next year.
That’s pretty dam good. I think I’m 115-110.
Only thing with me is not being able to kneel

I'm holding off on this as long as possible. Learning to live with the brace.
What is the cost for a brace like that? I think I might get a softer brace then that, for my right knee. to hold me over.
I will get the right knee done in February 2024.

I got it from the VA but I think they are several hundred dollars.

Just had my second shoulder done last Monday. I plan on living a long time so I might as well do it at an age when I recover quicker.

Start the process.
Basically I have started the process, I got my first shot and this brace in February. Now it is just how long I want to put up with all of this until I ask to have a conversation with a surgeon. That, like I said isn't happening for a while.

FWIW don’t wait too long. I put up with the pain for a good 10 years and towards the end I was about ready to eat a bullet. Regret not getting it done sooner.

My dad had his done 3 years ago. Worse part was the therapy after getting it to move again. Gotta stay on top of it. First 2 days after he thought it was no big deal then the third day is when it hit him and he was hating life for a few weeks.
LOL, I know. That's when the pain block in the leg wears off. I thought the exact same thing.

Hahaha the day after surgery when the block, pain meds, and anesthetic are whipping the horse, you're thinking "Sheeit, I got this."
