Frontier can suck my balls. Why did FIOS have to sell out to these idiots? Since the change, I no longer receive bills, don't know my account number or PIN. Cant get help on the phone. My internet works great, but the box in my house is beeping because it says replace battery. Well I did replace the battery and its still beeping. Cant get a fucking technician that knows what there doing on the phone. FUCK THESE GUYS

Its so loud, makes my dogs freak out. I just took it apart and put a giant blob of liquid nails over the speaker. LOL

When verizon installed my box the guy didn't have a battery...guy said he'd bring one the next day...dealt with the beeping for a few months, then just wired in an AC adapter to shut the fucking thing up. Fios customer service sucked, Frontiers is the same.

You do not need the battery. You can remove the battery and reset it. That is actually old school technology from Verizon. I had the same thing. Those batteries are for backup power only. Used in areas that have bad weather conditions and constant power outages. I have had Verizon for 10 years and now Frontier. I had one issue with Internet, but they got a tech to me right away and I have been very happy. They even gave me $25 off my bill for the next 12 months. It was hectic when they did the change over because the call center was not US based, but now it is. Sorry you are having issues.

Call them and say you feel discriminated against. No need to divulge why. Somebody will be out tomorrow.

Is this an issue at your guys' river house? If so I have the "new" guys cell # and he's cool and has been a big help to me since we have constant failures out there. The previous guy out there was way cool and semi-local but he retired and the new guy commutes out from Hesperia. Mine's jacked up currently as well and he won't go in my place without me there..... yet at least. The infrastructure and ability to provide feed of any kind out there is so shitty it's a constant battle. I haven't had time to be on the net much lately but pm me if you want the #

TWC isn't any better. My TV service keeps going out this morning which is awesome on football Sunday. When you call they say it's a known problem. No need to report anything. Nothing to see here. This is not the service you're worried about.

No not at my house, my brother is having issues at home.

The frontier at the Riverhouse is working OK, steady 3mb since I reset the router and turned off the "auto channel select" on the wifi. Speed sucks but there no other option in Needles
