Friday Night at the Flying X

Steve and Sue are coming into Havasu and parking my new Winnebago on the side of my house for a few days. Normally I'd have a RDP get together at my house, but I have my mom staying here Thursday - Monday as well.. So Steve suggested a barstool throwing competition at the X on Friday night.

If anybody is going to be in town and wants to grab some drinks on Friday, we'll be down at the X drinking beers and telling lies around 8-9 PM.

I'd say at the "X" do 'an old saddle toss' ! Plenty of 'cowgirls' in town, bet one can hook you up with an old saddle . "Any drunk can throw a bar stool, (or fall off one) but try to throw a saddle any kind of distance . Western saddles are a real 'art form' to me, something I wanted to learn about and was lucky enough to be paid to learn saddle making and leatherwork 'tooling' years ago .
