Ummm, I'm all for those fucks being unofficially shot :thumbsup in fact dead would be even better --- but, I wasn't aware we were allowed to chase and or follow them outside and shoot them in the driveway ? :headscratch:
I thought we had to be in fear for our lives, not outside chasing down bad-fucks running away in fear for their lives ? :headscratch:
Good to go or not so much ?
I don't have too many juicy details to share but I'm sure it will come out soon. Slanted one way or the other to benefit the media though.
Unsure of where the shootings actually occurred (Inside or out), but if the person squeezing the trigger can "Articulate" the fear for himself and others, there is a chance the shooting could be considered "Justified." That will be left up to the Sheriff's Department and LAPD brass who will conduct the investigations.
I'm sorry this type of event happens to anyone, but it's a sign of the times. People are tired of being victimized and they are fighting back. I support those decisions but I hope people who are not in law enforcement are seeking the proper training with regards to firearm ownership and aren't simply "Buying a gun."
Pretty irresponsible for the media to report the street and block the LEO lived on.
Law enforcement agencies typically release that type of information to the media regarding the street and the hundred block where an incident occurs. I believe it has to do with the public's right to know and the Public Records Request Act. It sucks in this incident because the victim is a law enforcement officer.....but that's all part of the job and comes with the territory.
