I wonder what the deal is with the half buried conex

I have plans to do that to a home when we move to TN.
Put 3 side by side buried into the hillside.
Idea being when severe weather is coming--I could move all the cars in there.
In the desert with no tornados--I could only imagine that burring it could reduce inside temp of container.

It’s in Cave Creek, Az. About 4 years ago it was for sale or lease. I tried several times to contact them with no response. I wanted it for an office and storage for my company.
