It's a sequence of button holds. On mine I press and hold 2 buttons for about 3 seconds. It lets me in the secret Dr section. It's like the home button and power button. Something like that

I really don't understand (except for insurance) why we have to have prescriptions with the new auto cpaps that they have these days. BTW...have you ever used this mask Respironics DreamWear Gel Pillow CPAP Mask?

That's what I am using now. It works quite well. Gives you a bit more freedom for laying on your side more rather than flat on your back all night.
