So I have been enjoying havasu for the past few days and yesterday get to the slip I have at the marina and a fucking ducks shits all over the place on the rear deck of the boat. Im not talking a few little bird shits this damn duck must have eaten at the chinese buffet and went to town on my boat!:swear so I clean it with some hot sauce and water and looks okay but the wife wasn't having it she gave me a ear full of you don't know where that ducks been:blah::blah::blah: so we park in the channel and find out that the store below the heat hotel sells various boat bling products. So I buy some vinyl sauce to shut her up and she inspects the bottle to see if its just a cleaner or a conditioner and she reads 95% cleaner and 5% conditioner. So she is happy with that. So get to cleaning the back with a beer in hand and I am amazed! I always use a different method of cleaner and will never go back. So I end up cleaning the whole interior and was very happy with the results. So come today damn duck shits all over the place again so my advice don't feed the ducks in the channel anymore! And buy vinyl sauce!

I have the same duck shit problem when I stay at LBR. My swim step is right on the water and easy for the little shits to hop up.

To combat this problem I have used one of those spider-web cargo net deals for truck beds up the back of my boat at night. And it works well they can not get around it and do not like touching it.
