What do they call it?? the lower half, Cove Pkwy.

Had the place 30 years.

We set it up as a river place in the 90's, My mom went out one weekend and never left.

The roundabout was the dumbest thing they ever did.

Mom was an EMT, and a fire dept. volunteer, was also on the water board for years..

I saw one earlier for Coconino, Kaibab , Glen Canyon from 11:30 pm today to 11:30 tomorrow which just seems crazy in a non hurricane for a 12 hour flood watch.

I happen to own two lots, The one with the trailer, and the vacant lot next door, It's all going up for sale soon.

Drove into Prescott from the 40 and dodged a huge storm. Got a couple storm/flashflood warnings along the way for Yavapai county. I think Williams got hit.

Moved Mom closer due to health issues.
