That's the way every open bow should be done. Even without the walk off bow.

I don't particularly care for open bows but that's just me. However the walk off bow is a great addition to this. Nice job.

This one should be slick because the upholstery will be flush with the deck surface. Nothing hanging up out or over.

To each their own on the open bow thing.
I can see the potential usefulness but personally if I were doing a 27 it would be ballistic missile like, light weight, no frills asshander. :D

I agree with Gelcoater on this. This style of hull needs to be a weapon and not one that I am worrying about people sitting in the bow.
