Here is my favorite not so much because of my boat but this was taken at about 6:30 in the morning at telephone cove lake mohave and if you look at the bottom right you can see a fish swirling around. It must have been less than a foot from me and I didn't even know.

I love your boat!!!! Super nice great color whole thing super sick!!!! Would love to have a shadow someday!!!

I spent my early years with a family of five camping out of a 1965 Dodge van at that very spot and Foxes of course. Bacon and eggs cooked in an electric frying pan never tasted so good.

Some of my favorites. Some old pictures of Nacimiento with my grandfathers yellow Biesemeyer and another of Grandfathers original Tamalewagon being launched back in 66 or 67 (which was a Schiada I believe but not sure and a great one of grandfathers old Tahiti Bean Blower at Havasu Landing in the 60's. All in all he had 7 boats through his boating years. Others included a Rayson Craft flatty from the early 60's, 2 Schiada's and another jetboat of unknown origin. I love the "trickle down" effect boating has on families for the most part. I believe my boys will carry on the tradition in their adulthood with their own children. Actually they don't have a choice as my wife and I will take their kids to the river like it or not.

Not the same river as most of you... but it's where we hang. This is just one of so many beautiful scenes at Pine Flat Lake. I have been here since 1969, back when my dad would bring us along with an Wreidt jet boat and a Coleman tent.
Now.. we are in a 60' houseboat instead of a tent, and it's Coronas instead of Shasta Orange Soda.

No we had met him that trip. We were crackin up in that pic b/c he clotheslined himself. Swear to God I've never laughed so hard. Someone tied up their boat to a palm tree and he came haulin ass towards us on a bike and took himself out. Look closely at his neck FLMAO, that's why it's one of my fav pics

He was super cool, I think he was so f'ing embarrassed that he hung out with us and had a beer (that pic) with us. Hence the pic, we had to get a pic with him LOL! Seriously that bike flipped over backwards. Fuck that was funny :thumbsup

Some of my favorite moments are sharing The River with newbees. My Nephew and his family were visiting from the mid-west, and the kids ( 18,16,and 14) wanted nothing to do with anything but Laguna Beach and Newport. So we go to the River I tell my Nephew give them two hours and they will be playing in the sand and mud like little kids, just like my kids when you get them out of the city.

Yea bummer my kids loved that swing there are a few real big ones south of us that are huge..... kind of scary when the water is low...
sounds like the indians are working stuff out... at least thats what we are hearing
